“Arrival pickup was good. No issue there. When time to departure, the brochure said to call to confirm for pick-up time. Called international number 4 hours before flight time. Sleepy guy answered. Thought we were doomed; the driver forgot to pick us up. But, found out the sleepy guy who picked up was from the company, not the driver. He was already outside the Hotel. He didn't come into Lobby where we were waiting. Finally, the sleepy guy called the driver and he drove to the hotel front door. He picked us up and dropped off at Airport without any more incident.”
